Seann Walsh responds to his elimination from I'm A Celebrity as he finishes fifth

Seann Walsh has responded to being the seventh celebrity to be eliminated from I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!

The comedian, 36, was eliminated from the reality TV show yesterday evening after being in the bottom two alongside Hollyoaks star Owen Warner.

Taking to Stories on the I’m A Celebrity official Instagram page, Seann spoke for the first time about leaving the camp.

Looking up at the camera, standing before lush green scenery in the background, he said: “Hi everyone. So Seann here, I’m out of the jungle.

“Fifth place, very happy. Thank you so much for your support, cannot believe that I got that far, an absolute privilege.

“If you have some questions for me, chuck them my way, put them in the box and I’ll answer them tomorrow.”

Seann had added the “ask me a question” function to the story, where members of the public could type in their queries for him to respond to.

The official account also uploaded a post to their grid, which included a collage of snaps of Seann during his time in the jungle, emblazoned with the slogan, “seventh out”.

The caption read: “He entered as a mole but is leaving as a legend. Seann is the seventh Celeb to leave the Jungle after keeping everyone entertained with his non-stop laughs and spot-on impressions! (yellow heart emoji) #ImACeleb.”

An image of the comedian was also uploaded to Instagram Stories.

In the picture, Seann could be seen wearing a navy blue t-shirt and red shorts, with his arm around his girlfriend Grace, who wore a light blue shirred dress, her brunette tresses loosely waved.

The caption read: “Look who’s reunited... (smiley heart face, red love heart emoji).”

Seann’s huge grin at the camera confirmed his happiness despite being eliminated, telling Ant and Dec about the acceptance he received while in the camp.

He opened up about the time he cheated on his ex-partner Rebecca Humphries with his Strictly Come Dancing partner, Katya Jones, in 2018.

He opened up about how the scandal still follows him, and how he thought he may be perceived by both his campmates and the public.

He said: “We all listened to each other in there and everyone got their story out and there was so much support.

"We all accepted one and other for who we are today and in that jungle. To get this far it feels great.”
