Sean Dyche says that he will wait until the international break to hold talks with Dele Alli over his Everton future.
Dele signed for the Blues from Tottenham Hotspur in January 2022 but has made just one start for the club since then. That came under former manager Frank Lampard, who allowed the England international to make the loan move to Besiktas in August.
And his time in Turkey has so far not gone to plan. So much so that reports have claimed that the 26-year-old has been “banished” by Besiktas manager Senol Gunes for the remainder of the campaign. Takvim state that Gunes has told Dele to watch the rest of the season from the stands.

Given that, Dyche was asked about the midfielder's future at Everton during his pre-match press conference at Finch Farm on Thursday. And the Blues boss said: "I’ll wait until the international break, because the news is suggesting that he’s not going to be involved there.
“We’ll have to wait and see and judge things in the summer now, when we all get back together.
“Because I’m pretty sure that he’s contracted until the end of the season there (Besiktas), so we’ll pick that up during the international break.”
Dyche was also asked about Conor Coady, who is on loan for the season from Wolves. The defender has lost his place in the starting XI to Michael Keane and was today omitted from the latest England squad.
When asked about whether a move for Coady could be made permanent in the summer, Dyche was rather coy. He said: “He’s been an immaculate professional, which everyone in the game has always suggested he is. And now I work with him I can see why, because he is.
“The fine margins of football and who to play for what reasons, and I just made a call on it, that was all. He’s a high quality footballer, that’s for sure. Fantastic attitude and a leader.
“It's fine margins with who we are picking at the moment, because there are a number of players who could argue the case of getting (in the team). It enhances things less for your chances if the team is winning, not always but sometimes.
“At the end of the day the margins are fine and there are a lot of good players here that I’m trying to keep alive because things change quickly.
Dyche added: “I try and stay open with the players, I’m still pretty new here, really.
“So there’s a lot of relationships to continue building and I think they’re well aware of their situation themselves.
“Over due course, we’ll hopefully keep the lines of communication open for all parties.”
