Sean 'Diddy' Combs rushed out of prison after an injury: Here's what happened to the music mogul as he receives emergency medical treatment

Sean “Diddy” Combs was taken out of federal prison early Saturday morning after suffering a head injury, according to reports from TMZ and PEOPLE. The rapper was reportedly transported by ambulance from FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey for medical treatment. Although the circumstances surrounding the injury remain unclear, sources said it was not life-threatening.

Combs was later returned to the prison, where he is serving a 50-month federal sentence, as per several repots by TMZ, PEOPLE, and Newsweek.
