Rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has been accused of allegedly drugging and raping a 13-year-old girl with an unnamed male celebrity while an unnamed female celebrity watched.
According to the lawsuit, Combs and the anonymous celebrities allegedly raped the girl at an afterparty for the MTV Video Music Awards in 2000.
The new lawsuit is part of a series of five new claims filed to the court in New York on Monday (local time) by two men and three women who remain anonymous. The incidents — which all involved rape or sexual assault — allegedly took place between 2000 and 2022.
The 54-year-old is also accused of drugging one of the men and three women.
The latest accusers will be represented by attorney Tony Buzbee who is already representing more than 120 individuals who have claims against Combs.
“We will let the allegations in the filed complaints speak for themselves, and will work to see that justice is done,” Buzbee said, per NBC News.
“We expect to be filing cases weekly naming Mr. Combs and others as defendants as we continue to gather evidence and prepare the filings.”
Representatives for Combs have consistently denied all of the allegations against him.
“Mr Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defences, and the integrity of the judicial process,” his attorney said in a statement to CNN.
“In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone – adult or minor, man or woman.”
Combs is currently being held in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Centre in Brooklyn after being denied bail. He will most likely remain there until his trial over charges of racketeering and sex trafficking begins in May.
