The most important news of the week is finally upon us: the uniform combination the Seattle Seahawks are going to wear, of course! The Seahawks are back within the friendly confines of Lumen Field this weekend to host the Miami Dolphins. They will do so while wearing their typical all-college navy home uniforms.
Since Seattle wore their beloved royal blue throwbacks in Week 1, and were the away team in Week 2, Sunday will mark the season debut of their regular home threads.

Of all the uniform combinations the Seahawks have, their typical all-blue look is by far the most successful. Yes, this is in part because they have worn these at home more often than any other combination since they were introduced in 2012, but also it speaks to how difficult the Seahawks are to beat in Seattle.
Overall, the Seahawks enjoy a 65-26 record (including the playoffs) in this uniform combo, and it’s the uniform Seattle wore the last time they hosted the Dolphins. To kick off the 2016 season, Miami came to Lumen Field, and the Seahawks prevailed with a 12-10 victory.
Trailing 10-6 in the final moments of the game, Seattle narrowly defended home turf thanks to Russell Wilson finding Doug Baldwin for a touchdown with only 0:31 seconds to spare.
The Seahawks will kick off this Sunday at 1:05 pm Pacific time.
