According to a report by Brady Henderson at ESPN, the Seattle Seahawks have tendered several players who are exclusive rights free agents. The list includes backup strong safety Ryan Neal, core special teamers/linebackers Tanner Muse and Jon Rhattigan, cornerback Nigel Warrior and offensive lineman Dakoda Shepley.
Additionally, Bob Condotta at the Seattle Times notes that wide receiver Penny Hart and defensive tackle Bryan Mone are also listed as having been tendered at Over the Cap.

As of yet, the Seahawks have not been reported to be signing any incoming free agents from other teams. They have re-signed several of their own pending unrestricted free agents, though – including free safety Quandre Diggs, defensive tackle Al Woods and tight end Will Dissly.
So far, the only Seattle player who’s joining another squad is their utility backup offensive lineman Jamarco Jones, who intends to sign with the Tennessee Titans on a two-year deal.
