Former Tennessee Titans safety K’Von Wallace has reportedly found a new home.
According to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, Wallace is signing a one-year deal with the Seattle Seahawks after meeting with the team recently. The financial terms of the deal were not immediately disclosed.
Wallace was brought in by Tennessee in 2023 via waivers following the Kevin Byard trade and performed admirably in a significant role.
During his stint in Tennessee, he allowed completions on 14-of-17 passes thrown his way, but gave up just 7.5 yards per reception and posted a Pro Football Focus coverage grade of 70.7 overall. Adding to that, he always seemed to be around the football.
Wallace is a quality depth piece that I was hoping the Titans would bring back, but clearly that wasn’t in the cards.
Tennessee needs to add at least one player at the position moving forward. The team has been linked to former Denver Broncos safety Justin Simmons and has hosted ex-New Orleans Saints safety Marcus Maye for a visit.
