Vrabel is one of the most-accomplished coaches in a deep class of them. At the top, there’s Bill Belichick and his six Super Bowls. There’s also Jim Harbaugh, who’s led a team to the Super Bowl before and just won the national championship at the college level. Along with Dan Quinn, Vrabel is in the next tier down, with no titles but extensive head coaching experience at this level. In six seasons in Tennessee, his teams went 54-45 and made the playoffs three times, including an AFC Championship appearance in 2019.
The Seahawks have also requested interviews with eight different offensive and defensive coordinators around the NFL.
