Scottish Women in Business (SWIB), which recently celebrated its 30th anniversary, has made changes to its leadership committee.
In addition to some changes in roles, there have been three additional committee members to the existing eight.
Bayile Adeoti, director of Dechomai, who was the previous vice president, now moves into the role of president, taking the reigns from Tracy Scott, co-founder of XeyeX, who has led SWIB for several years.
