Scottish TV stars to exclusively use Wishaw studio for their new podcast

Grado, Stephen Purdon and Chris Toal will use the G4 podcast studio in Wishaw for their new show, A Pint and Two Shots.

The podcast will be all about Scottish football and will see the lads offer opinions, look at results and enjoy banter each week.

Grado (Graham Stevely) is known for his wrestling as well as his role in Two Doors Down. Stephen Purdon is best known for his role as Bob on River City and Chris Toal has featured on Scot Squad.

Following on from a previous podcast, the stars will record weekly in Wishaw and bring some of Scottish football's biggest names to town.

Studio manager Greg Rudder has said he is delighted to have the lads on board.

He told Lanarkshire Live: "It is great to have the guys on board for this exciting podcast.

"We were sponsors of a previous podcast of theirs and we are so excited to play a major part in this one.

"We will be working closely with the guys to grow the pod and will be helping out with social media.

"The Tik Tok account has already launched with Grado, Stephen and Chris giving their league predictions for this season.

"And they will be using our state-of-the-art studios and equipment which means they will be making the best possible content."

The podcast studio, situated at Pickering Works in Wishaw, opened just over a year ago and has already enjoyed lots of success.

Greg has been able to go full-time as studio manager and has also hired an assistant, Ben, to help run things.

"The studio has been great and we have continued to grow so much.

"We now offer many services including marketing, which has been a great success.

"We are always encouraging people to come in and check the place out if they are interested in starting a show.

"The first session is free and we can help grow and expand your show too."
