Scottish TUI flight forced to divert to Manchester after declaring 'mid-air fault'

A TUI flight from Glasgow Airport had to be diverted to Manchester Airport following a mid-air fault. 

The BY314 flight departed the Scottish airport at 3.45pm on Thursday and was bound for Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt, but was forced to loop back to Manchester Airport while flying over the North Sea.
