AN AYRSHIRE-BASED textile company fell into administration after supplying some of the UK’s biggest department stores for over 50 years, after it racked up more than £1.5 million in debt.

All jobs were lost after Lanfine Limited, trading as The Honesty Works, was placed into administration in July, with new financial documents outlining the lead-up to its collapse, as first reported by The Herald.
