A viral clip of a Scottish 'sex robot' has resurfaced and gone viral - and people are in stitches over its accent.
The clip, posted on Twitter, shows a blonde AI with a distinctive Scottish drawl who utters the words "I'm glad you came back so fast baby".
It adds: "Oh baby, ten minutes without you seems like an eternity".
The resurfaced clip, which racked up an eye-watering 6.7 million views, features sex robot named Harmony - and many Scots have compared her voice to a ScotRail announcement.
In the resurfaced clip, Realbotix CEO Matt McMullen demonstrates the robot who talks in a monotone Scottish accent.
Scottish Twitter users found the clip hilarious, comparing the voice and accent to that of the popular train announcements.
One joked: "Oh baby, you’re gonna make me call at Monifieth, Carnoustie and Arbroath!"
Another quipped: "please mind the gap when alighting from this train, baby"
A third made a song, which can be sung in a Tom Jones voice: "Sex Bot Sex Bot, ScotRail Sex Bot"
One other user said: "whispering sweet Kingussie in your ear".
Some Scots might not be able to hear train announcements in the same way ever again after watching the bizarre clip.
Many might not realise that this sex-bot has been about for quite some time.
It first appeared in the news in 2016, and back in 2019 hundreds parted with £7,000 to get their hands on the sex-bot, which was built by a tech firm called Realbotix.
