Scottish pensioners tell Andy Burnham 'don't hit us to pay for English care'

PENSIONERS are calling on Andy Burnham to explain why he plans to “hit” them with changes to the triple lock.

The Prime Minister announced his ambitions to remove the link to wage growth in the triple lock in order to fund free personal care for the elderly in England and Wales.
