A mum has called out her "disgusting neighbours" for the state of their flat after receiving a letter from the council about their shared property.
The woman described the condition of her neighbours' flat, including the fact that it smells "like an outside bin on a hot day" and that one of the windows is "covered in black mould".
She took to parenting forum Mumsnet to ask for advice as she revealed she is interested in selling her flat — but expressed concern that "nobody will buy it" due to the neighbours.
