Scottish housing activity remains weak, but prices still edging upwards 

Housing market activity in Scotland remained weak last month, with falls in new buyer demand and listings.

However, the latest Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Residential Market Survey also showed that house prices are still edging upwards.

A net balance of -5% of respondents reported that new buyer demand fell through February.
