Anyone searching for the ideal gift for their favourite gin lover this Christmas might find what they are looking for a new pop-up shop in Edinburgh over the festive period.
The team at Isle of Barra Distillers, which has just unveiled a stunning new bottle for its Atlantic Gin, has just opened a luxurious new kiosk in the St James Quarter.
The family-run distillery's new store can be found on the ground floor of the Quarter, with shoppers able to visit from early November through to Wednesday, December 21 to discover the exciting range from this up-and-coming Hebridean distillery.
Speaking about the new opening, co-founders Michael and Katie Morrison said: "Bringing Barra to the fore and sharing our premium spirits which are created on our remote island home has been a goal that we've been working on for some time now.

"We wanted to open a retail outlet in the city this year to bring the spirit of Barra to the mainland. Moving into a new chapter on our journey, which allows us the opportunity to share first-hand, our premium spirits, stories and family legacy out with our homeland.
"With the very recent release of our long-anticipated custom-designed vessel, which now carries our multi-award-winning Barra Atlantic Gin, it felt only right that we opened a pop-up shop in Edinburgh. And it is with great delight that our pop-up is fully stocked with our elegantly designed custom bottles of Atlantic Gin."
They added that the shop will not only offer the product range but also allows Edinburgh's gin fans to sample and experience their popular gins first-hand.
Michael said: "The Isle of Barra's remoteness makes it truly unique but it's not always easy to take time out to visit our beautiful home. Bringing our pop-up to the city of Edinburgh, we hope will allow you to experience a little piece of Barra this Christmas!
"There may even be one or two exclusive Christmas discounts and special release products coming to the pop-up - so make sure you don't miss out if you're in or around Edinburgh!"
