While filming for their BBC Scotland documentary, pals Martin Compston and Phil MacHugh have taken the time to enjoy all the views the nation has to offer.
In a video posted on Phil's Instagram, he captioned a tranquil scene of the Scottish waters with: "Always on the move>> #ScottishFling"
In the clip, the waters rush past the train at a rapid speed as the silence speaks volumes of the peace the pair are enjoying.

The main concept for the BBC Scotland show, called Scottish Fling, is to follow Martin and Phil as they set off on an immersive and personal journey to showcase what makes modern Scotland tick.
Martin also revealed to fans that he was learning some Scottish Gaelic (which Phil speaks fluently) as part of his documentary tour, speaking to locals about their thoughts on Scotland - and meeting the odd famous face too.
In a recent article, Glasgow Live reported that Martin was learning the language with his pal Phil as they had a laugh and a short conversation in Gaelic while filming the documentary.
Posting on Instagram, Phil showed his followers a small glimpse of his Gaelic lessons with Martin in a cheery video.
The clip shows the pair sitting in a car, with Compston in the drivers seat as they converse in the native language of Scotland.
The first section of the video is captioned; "While our film crew set up...
"We learn Gaelic!"
And in the rest of the video, the pair laugh and joke as they have a short conversation in Gaelic, which is captioned: "Nailed it!"
