Abortion clinics in Scotland have waited "too long" for the introduction of buffer zones to push back protesters and offer greater protection to patients.
Scottish Lib Dem leader Alex Cole-Hamilton said women entering clinics should be protected from "harassment" by anti-abortion campaigners.
Buffer zones would ban certain activities that are designed to deter or prevent women from accessing abortion care within 150 metres of the entrance to a clinic or hospital.
