Scottie Scheffler, the top-ranked golfer globally, emerged victorious at the Travelers Championship on Sunday, securing his sixth PGA Tour win of the season. The tournament, which faced protests, concluded with Scheffler making par on the initial playoff hole, defeating Tom Kim.
"It's pretty special. It's been a great season. I've been fortunate to come away with some wins and it's been a lot of fun," Scheffler said. Tom played his heart out today. It was fun battling with him."
