The Party of Five actor announced earlier this month he had split from Kelley Wolf after more than 20 years of marriage, and now he has been awarded temporary sole physical and legal custody of Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and 11-year-old Lucy, with his estranged wife's custody or parent time suspended.
