Adam Scott has tossed up an option close to home as the Australian PGA Championship's future in Queensland goes on the line.

Brisbane's riverside Royal Queensland Golf Course returned as host five years ago but with the facility set for major renovations ahead of hosting the 2032 Olympic golf event, the tournament requires a new home.
