Scott McTominay is set to miss Scotland’s upcoming international fixtures as he undergoes surgery on a minor heart issue.

The midfielder is set for a short absence due to “a mild benign arrhythmia”, Napoli confirmed on Tuesday, with a corrective measure planned for his abnormal or irregular heart rhythm.
