A growing tech firm has unveiled plans to create more than 200 new jobs after moving to a new head office in a flagship Newcastle city centre building.
Scott Logic has officially opened its new HQ in Lumen, based at Newcastle Helix, becoming the latest business to join the city’s hybrid science and business park.
The company, launched in 2005, employs more than 400 people across its six UK offices, providing a range of technology services to organisations such as the Scottish Government, the Department for Work and Pensions and NatWest Group. It has been on a sharp growth curve over the past few years, triggering the opening of new offices in Leeds and Glasgow in the past 12 months.
