Celtic stars past and present teamed up to congratulate Adam Montgomery after the youngster celebrated the win against Rangers.
The Celtic academy graduate put in a shift at left-wing-back for the Saints and was right among the celebrations for both goals as they picked up a huge win over the Hoops' title rivals. He'd have been hoping to catch Ange Postecoglou 's eye while the win was massive for his loan team, who moved up to sixth in the Scottish Premiership table.
He posted on Instagram: "Enjoyed that one, big team effort." And Celtic fans spotted a host of familiar faces in the replies, including current Parkhead stars Josip Juranovic and Liel Abada - the latter of whom scored the goal that sealed a dramatic 4-2 win over Dundee United 24 hours earlier.
Montgomery's former teammate and captain Brown, now manager at Fleetwood Town, also popped up with a couple of applause emojis for good measure. Meanwhile Mikey Johnston, currently on loan in Portugal, was among the congratulations, as was Liverpool kid Ben Doak and Hoops youngster Dane Murray
Montgomery and Saints will be hoping for a fourth successive win against St Mirren on Wednesday night while Celtic travel to Motherwell hoping to extend their lead at the top of the table further.
