Police are appealing for help from members of the public to find a woman who vanished from a Dumfries and Galloway town four days ago. Officers in Lockerbie say Samantha Taylor was last spotted on Monday September 19, but has failed to make contact since.
Despite extensive efforts to find the 33-year-old, police have been unable to track her down. They say she has connections to the Nottingham, Bedford, Brighton areas as well as links to London.
No description of the clothing she was last seen wearing has been made available at this time.
A statement from the force said: “Police in Lockerbie are appealing for the public's assistance in tracing Samantha Taylor (33 years of age) who has been reported missing.
“Samantha was last seen on 19th September 2022. Various enquiries have been made to locate Samantha and we are now asking for the public's assistance.
“Unfortunately we do not have a description of her clothing. Samantha has connections to the Nottingham, Bedford, Brighton & London areas.
“If you have seen Samantha or can assist our enquiries please contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting PS-20220921-2286.”
