Scots thug smashed ashtray over partner’s head then stabbed him with shards of glass

A woman who left her partner scarred for life after stabbing him several times has been allowed to walk free from the High Court in Dundee.

Cheyenne Cummings jumped on Mark McLuckie's back before smashing him on the head with an ashtray and stabbing him repeatedly with shards of glass. The 27-year-old was high on a cocktail of drink and drugs when she carried out the attack which left Mr McLuckie permanently disfigured.

The High Court in Dundee was told that Cummings already had a prior conviction for a domestic attack on a previous boyfriend. Mr McKenzie sustained cuts to his neck, his back and shoulder, behind his ear, and to his feet, and he needed a number of stitches in hospital.
