A police search has been launched for a young Hamilton teenager after she vanished overnight in Glasgow.
Brooke McAvoy was last seen in the city centre 's St Enoch Square - near the shopping centre - at around 8.45pm on Friday.
The 14-year-old has failed to return home or contact her worried loved ones, who have since reported missing to police.
Officers say she was last seen wearing a gold bubble jacket and black leggings with white and black trainers.
She is described as being around 5ft tall, of a slim build and has long brown hair.
Police have released a picture of the teenager as they ask members of the public for help to find her.
