A "beautiful" sea lion at Blair Drummond Safari Park celebrated both his eighth birthday and Father's Day over the weekend.
Dad Oscar, who lives at the family visitor attraction near Stirling with fellow sea lion Ineke and their son Otis, was given a five-tier frozen fish birthday cake to mark the occasion.
The safari park also shared photos of Oscar as a young pup and his son today to show how similar the two gorgeous animals look.
Oscar and Ineke welcomed tiny Otis earlier this month on June 6, when he was the first sea lion pup to be born in Scotland in at least 20 years.
Taking to Facebook, Blair Drummond Safari Park wrote: "Happy 8th Birthday AND Happy Father's Day to our new dad Oscar! He is a very handsome boy, and little Otis looks set to follow in his father's footsteps.
"Check out Oscar as a cheeky wee baby with his mouth open, compared to our mischievous little Otis. Happy Father's Day to all you lovely dads out there - we hope you get spoiled rotten!"
Since being shared on Sunday, the post has received over 900 likes and more than 20 comments. Visitors and fellow Facebook users were keen to send Oscar their birthday wishes.
One wrote: "Happy birthday and Father's Day Oscar, hope the keepers spoil you rotten, can't wait to see baby Otis."
"Such a beautiful boy, love seeing these guys. Happy Father's Day and happy birthday Oscar, happy being cute day wee Otis," a second shared.
Meanwhile, a third commented: "Happy birthday and happy Father's Day to the gorgeous Oscar, hope you get spoilt."
