Scots road cops greeted by alpaca while conducting vehicle checks

Scots road police were shocked after being greeted by an alpaca while conducting vehicle checks.

Forth Valley officers were flagging down vehicles in Craigforth when they encountered the unusual passenger.

Pictures shared on social media shows the alpaca putting it's head out of the window while greeting a bewildered officer.

The post from Forth Valley cops read: “ForthValley Road Police conducted a road check this morning at Craigforth, OperationScrutinise.

The animal looks on as the officers checks the vehicle (Police Scotland)

“Various vehicles defects were discovered along with some unusual passengers.

“Some of those engaged were more appreciative of our Road Safety advice than others!”
