Scots petrol station with incredible range of snacks and treats goes viral on TikTok

Another incredibly stocked petrol station in Scotland gone viral on TikTok.

Twin brothers Kevin and Kieran D’Arcy, who post on their foodthirst_ account on the video platform, shared footage of their trip to Racetrack Pitstop in Bearsden.

The pair use their account to uncover a string of hidden gems across Scotland.

And this clip follows that trend, with what initially appears to be a run-of-the-mill petrol station based on the outskirts of Glasgow.

But as they enter the shop, the brothers find an incredible range of treats for punters to choose from.

The shop contains a fresh dessert bar, build your own nachos and hotdogs, in addition to several slushy machines.

It also has its own American candy section, organic refill area and even a cold wine and cigar cellar.

Kevin and Kieran described the Bearsden garage as ‘insane’ in their clip.

Their post has so far been watched more than 50,000 times and has also been shared several times over.

Foodies from Scotland and beyond were left drooling at the range of snacks available at the petrol station.

One viewer wrote: “It’s a minute walk away from my house. It’s dangerous when you live that close.”

Another added: “Obsessed with this place.”

A third joked: “I think lockdown changed us all for the better, we get excited about visits to fancy garages etc. Love it.”

The petrol station will be seeking to follow in the foot steps the Glasgow-based Tubbees Dessert Lab.

Clips of the nondescript garage went viral for its 60 flavours of slushes available for customers on tap.

Scots were left astounded when one teenager drove more than 600 miles and 16 hours to buy a slush drink from the petrol station back in 2020.

The person made the eye-brow raising road trip from England to up north after discovering the secret dessert bar online.
