A Scottish lodge has been picked out as one of the world's best small hotels with travellers regularly raving about it in their reviews.
The Ivybank Lodge, in Blairgowrie, was named alongside hotels in Morocco, New Zealand and Costa Rica on the prestigious list.
The Travellers' Choice Awards picks out the best places to stay around the world according to experienced travellers, picking out the "intimate hotels that make big impressions".
The Perthshire hotel placed 11th on the world list, and top overall in the UK.
The Lodge was also named in the Luxury Hotels category, taking 13th in Europe and second place in the UK.

The top 25 hotels in the UK list included Scottish entries such as The Green Park Hotel in Pitlochry and The Lodge on Loch Goil.
