A successful Scottish solicitor was hounded by his secret toy boy after he called off their fling.
The 66-year-old senior lawman cheated on his wife to engage in an affair for several months with the 28-year-old.
The lawyer was a director of a top Scottish law firm and can’t be named for legal reasons. A court heard the pair filmed themselves having sex and the younger man shared the videos online.
But they fell out and the Ayrshire solicitor tried to break things off with the young man. The spurned Glasgow student then inundated him with phone calls and texts, sent numerous unwanted takeaways to their home and set up bogus profiles for him on gay dating sites, forcing him to confess his affair to his family.
He also turned up at his home with presents while dressed as Santa on Boxing Day 2021.
The details emerged when the younger man, who now lives near Edinburgh, pleaded guilty to domestic abuse and breaking bail conditions. The domestic abuse charge stated he did “engage in a course of conduct which was abusive” of the lawyer between October 2021 and July 2022.
Kilmarnock Sheriff Court heard they met on Grindr in August 2021, regularly exchanging sex texts and naked selfies, then meeting up for sex.
In October 2021, the student threatened to expose him, leaving him worried. But the relationship continued and they regularly met up for sex.
The student then booked an Airbnb property, which was near his lover’s home, for three months. The lawyer was so distressed he told the youngster to cancel the booking, end the relationship and never contact him again.
But the following day they had sex, and the accused recorded it.
Over the next seven months, the solicitor received a number of calls and texts from the student, who also set up profiles on dating sites.
Sheriff Murdo Mactaggart called for background reports and deferred sentence until later this year. A court order prevents the lawyer or the student from being identified for legal reasons.
