A Scots Iceland worker who was sacked after eating a Twirl from multipack has won a £3,000 lawsuit.

Sharon Cassidy was caught on CCTV enjoying a chocolate bar from a multipack on the shop floor, that she didn't pay for.

She had worked as a part-time sales assistant from 2004 in the supermarket's Paisley, Renfrewshire store in Scotland.
