Scots dog with rare condition needs to wear goggles outside to protect him from sunlight

A dog with a rare eye condition that almost left him blind is now able to enjoy the great outdoors thanks to specially adapted goggles.

Border Collie Gus was diagnosed with a rare condition called Pannus when he was just one-year-old.

The condition affects the cornea of the eye is worsened by exposure to sunlight, causing permanent damage if not properly treated.
