Football fans who travelling to Glasgow's Hampden Park for the World Cup play-off have been advised to plan ahead by ScotRail.
The national rail provider has said that they will add additional services to and from Mount Florida as well as extra carriages on trains to Mount Florida and Kings Park.
There is still a reduced timetable in place which has been caused by a nationwide driver shortages, so fans are advised that there will be fewer train options to and from Glasgow.
Popular routes will terminate earlier than usual due to the reduced timetable with the last train to Edinburgh departing from Glasgow Queen Street is 10.15pm.
Fans should make sure that they are able to get a last train, otherwise they should make alternative arrangements ahead of time.
Phil Campbell, ScotRail Head of Customer Operations, said: “We know this is a massive match for the Scottish national team and we are looking forward to helping supporters travel to Hampden to play their part in the occasion. It's an honour to welcome Ukraine fans to Glasgow.
“We’ll be doing everything we can to support fans travelling to the games by adding additional services where we can and more seats to trains where possible. The temporary timetable will still be in place, so it is important that fans plan ahead to make sure they are aware of their options for both getting into the city, and for completing their journey home.
“Regular commuters who travel home from Glasgow on the line via Mount Florida should be aware that services will be much busier than normal on Wednesday night with fans heading to the match.”
There will be extra customer service staff to help both Scottish and Ukrainian fans reach the the stations near Hampden Park on the day.
The temporary timetable is in place from Monday to Saturday and is supposed to offer Scots more reliable travel amid the driver shortage.
The shortage comes as drivers refuse overtime work, something that ScotRail says that it relies on, due to a pay row.
Fans can plan ahead by checking their route on the reduced timetable and by buying their tickets online or on ScotRail's app.
