Extra train services will be in operation next week to support major music events happening in the city.
ScotRail has confirmed that extra seats will be added to train in and out of Glasgow when Mötley Crüe & Def Leppard take to the stage at Glasgow Green on Thursday and throughout the three days of TRNSMT.
Additional services will also be in place with later trains to Inverclyde, Ayr, Edinburgh, and East Kilbride.

Some trains will be retimed to support the event, so ScotRail is encouraging festivalgoers to check and plan their journey in advance.
Customers are also advised to allow extra time for travel as trains to and from the city centre will very busy.
Glasgow Green can be accessed from five stations, all within a 20-minute walk – Bridgeton, High Street, Glasgow Central, Glasgow Queen Street, and Argyle Street station. However, customers are reminded that Argyle Street station closes at 6pm on Sundays.
Extra staff will be on hand at key stations to assist customers who have been warned that carrying or consuming alcohol on ScotRail trains in prohibited.
Phil Campbell, ScotRail Head of Customer Operations, said: “This year’s TRNSMT is shaping up to be an exciting event with the likes of Pulp, Sam Fender, and The 1975 headlining the show.
“We’ll be playing our part in helping the festival run smoothly by providing extra seats on trains to and from the Glasgow, as well as extra late-night trains to help people get home. Trains are expected to be really busy, so customers should plan ahead.
“Make sure to check your train times on the ScotRail website or app as some trains have been retimed to support the event, leave plenty of time for travel, and make sure you have your return tickets before boarding.”
