Scotland are back in action this evening as Ukraine are the visitors at Hampden Park.
It is the first of a triple header as Steve Clarke's men close their 2022/23 Nations League campaign. And there is much to play for, with a spot in the 2024 European Champions at stake.
The Nations League provides a pathway to the Euros and with Scotland sitting second by just a point behind Ukraine, tonight could see the Tartan Army celebrate top spot.
But the visitors will provide tough competition. Oleksandr Petrakov's side broke Scotland's hearts back in June as their 3-1 victory in the World Cup play-off semi-final put a stop to our nations hopes of a spot in this year's competition in Qatar. And now the Scots will be looking for revenge in Glasgow tonight.
It has been an unsettled Nations League for Scotland so far, with the Tartan Army forced to drown their sorrows in Dublin after a 3-0 thumping at the hands of the Republic of Ireland before a they secured heir points in their next game with Armenia.
Captain Andy Robertson will not be in action this evening, with John Souttar also ruled out through injury. But with a strong squad available elsewhere, will it be glory in Glasgow?
We shall soon find out.
