The 20-year-old is wanted by England, as they aim to change his international allegiances.
The two games will take place in Spain at the Pinatar Stadium on Thursday, March 23 and Sunday, March 26 respectively.
Both games are being used as preparation for the 2025 UEFA European U21 Championship qualifiers, which are due to get underway later this year in September.
While Anderson is not included in the squad, there is a place for Liverpool's exciting young talent Ben Doak, as well as Swansea's Azeem Abdulai - who is a new addition to the setup.
The likes of Adam Devine and Leon King as in the squad from Rangers, while Celtic have Ben Summers involved.
Motherwell star Max Johnston also makes the cut, with his future looking to be away from Fir Park at the end of this season.
