In the midst of a local feud, an Edinburgh sent Facebook threats warning he would have his gangster friends “put a bullet in the heid” of a man.
William Amos sent the messages over social media website Facebook, telling James Goldie he knew a “big boy in Glasgow” while they were caught in a disagreement.
The 28-year-old has now got himself in court after the voice and text messages were passed over to the police.
