Scion of one of India’s biggest fortunes puts his England mansion up for discount sale

Anand Nadathur, a scion from one of India’s biggest fortunes who left the UK in 2024, has cut the asking price for his mansion in Surrey, England, by almost £5 million ($6.7 million) within the past year.

The 52-year-old son of Infosys Ltd. co-founder Nadathur Raghavan is now seeking £15 million for the eight-bedroom home, down from £19.5 million when it was offered in December, according to a listing. The property is located within a 960-acre (388-hectare) enclave for the ultra-wealthy near the town of Weybridge, about 20 miles south west of central London.
