At the age of 53, some people may assume that they are past their prime.
But new research shows it's actually the age when many of us feel at our sexiest.
According to a survey, a whopping four in ten (41 per cent) of 53-year-olds reported they were more comfortable in their skin and confident about their looks than they ever had been.
