Relief as schoolgirl, 12, who went missing for a week with no money or mobile is found

A 12-year-old girl who disappeared more than a week ago has been found and is "safe and well", say police.

Fears were raised as Jamie-Lee Harvie had no access to money or her mobile phone when she vanished.

The schoolgirl was reported missing from Ayr, Scotland on Tuesday March 14 as her frantic parents raised the alarm.
