A schoolboy was rushed to hospital after being hit by a Vauxhall Corsa.
Merseyside Police rushed to Lower Lane in Fazakerley at 4.15pm on Tuesday, November 8, following reports of a crash. Once at the scene officers found a boy and a blue Vauxhall Corsa were involved in the crash.
Police requested help from the North West Ambulance Service as the boy suffered a leg injury in the crash. He was rushed to hospital for treatment.

The driver of the blue Vauxhall Corsa remained at the scene and is assisting police with their enquiries.
A spokesperson from Merseyside Police said: "A police scene is in place on Longmoor Lane whilst officers continue their enquiries."
