A schoolboy has been left shaken after being attacked in Grangemouth.
The 10-year-old is believed to have been assaulted in the middle of a housing estate yesterday afternoon.
Police have since been called to investigate the incident in Scougall Street at around 5:30pm.
He wasn't injured as a result of the incident.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Enquiries, which are at a very early stage, are continuing following a report that a 10-year-old boy had been assaulted on Scougall Street, Grangemouth around 5.30 pm on Tuesday, 10 May.
"He did not require medical treatment."
