This is the aftermath of a devastating blaze caused by a faulty body dryer which ripped through a Tyneside home.
Whitley Bay resident Anne-Marie has said she could "easily have died" in a huge fire which has destroyed areas of her family home.
The full length body dryer was purchased as an essential piece of equipment to provide Anne-Marie's husband with more independence, but the 64-year-old was left devastated after the device overheated and set her home on fire.
