Former Gogglebox star Scarlett Moffatt has been praised for her body confidence on holiday.
The 31-year-old is enjoying some time with her family and boyfriend Scott Dobinson in a sunny spot.
Posting to her Instagram on Saturday, the TV star explained to her followers that she was normalising an empowering message, reports The Mirror.
Scarlett wrote in the caption: "Fanta Lemon, Cheetos & sunshine… PERFECT!! Also don’t forget normalising the old boob gap. #holiday."

Fans took to the comment section to applaud the star.
One wrote: "You are my inspiration", while another follower typed: "You are a beautiful young woman and don’t ever forget it!"
"You are such a beautiful person", wrote a third.
Last month, Scarlett said she wants to promote a body positive message to stop other people battling years of torment and yo-yoing weight.
Sharing her tips for body confidence, the I'm A Celeb winner told The Sun: "People need to look in the mirror and give themselves a compliment. So many times in the past I missed out on things because I was self-conscious. I didn’t go to pool parties in Las Vegas three years ago.
"I think back and go: ‘Why did I let that happen? Why did I let this bother me?’ I realised when I’m lying on my deathbed, I’m not gonna remember that time I got loads of likes and looked really good.”
“Genuinely, no matter what you look like, just celebrate you. As long as you are healthy, being yourself and you’re being nice to people, you do you. That’s the big thing that I want to get across.”
As she holidayed last August, Scarlett was reduced to tears after trying on a bikini for the first time in five years.
The presenter posted a picture of herself in a blue and white two-piece during a holiday in Antigua with her policeman boyfriend Scott.
"This shouldn’t be a big deal but it is and I’m actually crying whilst writing this," she posted online.
"It’s took me so many years to gain confidence with my body. I’ve let it down at times and missed out on holidays and nights out because I’ve not liked what I’ve seen in the mirror. But hey after 5 years of not daring to wear a bikini I’m actually doing it!"
She continued: "So I hope this gives you the confidence to buy that dress, that bikini, not miss out just because your body doesn’t fit into a certain category (because let me tell you all these things are made up nobody is too slim, too curvy, too athletic, too many stretch marks, too much cellulite ) LIVE YOUR BEST LIFE."
