Scarlett Moffatt makes Wembley gesture to late family friend and Newcastle fan before final

Scarlett Moffatt highlighted a gesture made at Wembley in honour of a late family friend as she headed down to London to see Newcastle United defeated in the Carabao Cup final on Sunday.

The Gogglebox and I'm A Celebrity favourite made the trip down south from her County Durham home, joining others including her dad Mark en route and, as she made her way down to the capital, Scarlett uploaded a photo that was taken before they set off, of her dad and a friend holding up a flag with the words Bishop Mags on it, along with he message RIP Andrew Lee.

Underneath the picture she posted on her Insta story, Bishop Auckland star Scarlett gave an insight into the inspiration behind the tribute, writing: "I got this flag for Andrew Lee, so if you see it on TV give it a wave. My dad and him would go to the football when I was just a little girl."
