Scarlett Moffatt has taken to her social media to ask for advice as she prepares to give birth to her first child.
The former Gogglebox star, 32, is "over the moon" to be expecting a baby boy with her boyfriend Scott Dobinson.
The TV presenter is planning for a natural birth and asked her fans for help on what to expect.
Scarlett was recommended to make a playlist by one fan, to which she commented: "Such a good idea. I find music really helps my anxiety in every situation so I'll be putting together a playlist."
Another told the Love Bites host to eat dates whilst someone else asked Scarlett why she is wanting a natural birth, to which she replied: "Yeah I haven't made my mind up yet.
"I like the sound of gas and air to be fair and I've been researching epidural so maybe I'll just try and have a VB but if my body feels like it needs help like epidural etc I'll be taking all the help I can get."
Another warned not to be fully set on a natural birth, in case plans change.
Scarlett responded: "Yeah I've read I think it's only half of women actually end up having the birth they planned so I'm defo gonna educate myself around everything."
The TV star announced her baby's gender in a sweet video where she carries a bunch of flowers, with the clip at first in black and white.
The video then turns to colour, revealing the flowers to be blue.
She said: "In the great words of the Beatles… “Here comes the SON.” [blue love heart emoji]
The star went on: "Picture the scene, me & Scott go to find out if we are having a little boy or girl.
"We decide we are going to open the envelope at home just the two of us, well we only made it to the first set of traffic lights before we opened it up [laughing crying emoji].
"Lots of happy tears and excitement and then we rushed to tell both our sets of parents and my nanny and auntie Kirsty. It wasn’t a reveal party but it was very us and we wouldn’t have had it any other way."
The I'm A Celeb star said she could now show fans some of the items she had purchased in preparation for her baby boy, and said they have chosen the wallpaper for the nursery.
Scarlett announced in February that she and Scott are expecting a baby, sharing a video of her pet Chihuahua pooch Bonnie wearing a neck scarf with the words: "I'm going to be a big sister" on it.
The couple began dating in 2018 but didn't go public with their relationship until March 2019.
