SC to hear on December 7 plea related to adoption of draft constitution of IOA

NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Friday said it will hear on December 7 the objections and other issues pertaining to the draft constitution of the Indian Olympic Association (IOA), which was adopted at its Special General Body Meeting here.

A bench comprising Chief Justice D Y Chandrachud and Justice Hima Kohli, however, refused urgent hearing on an interim plea which alleged some unauthorised changes in the draft constitution of the sports body.
